A: We have a team of creative designers that are always ready to serve you with exceptional designs. The design services are totally free for all those who confirm their orders.
Q5.Can I get some samples before I place the bulk order with you?
A: Yes. We offer free sample proofing after order confirmation. We can send you samples or take pictures and videos for your confirmation. If you are unsure whether to place an order, you can pay the proofing fee and we will provide you with samples for confirmation.
Q6.How long does it take to produce my order?
A: The sample proofing takes 1-3 days, and our production cycle is about 1-2 weeks after sample confirmation.

A: Usually, we ship the goods via sea shipping and air shipping depending on your choice.
